This is a 60min session of hands-on therapeutic bodywork through the lens of Somatic touch. Through conscious and intentional touch, we work with the mind/body connection, creating space for mental, spiritual and personal transformation from the inside out. You can expect intentional and intuitive touch, communicating with your body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure. The session intends to offer a balance of firm, grounded pressure and gentle, nurturing touch, making way for profoundly healing results.
